I did a butterfly tattoo design for K. She plans on using this on her chest. Mmmm... coloured bewbies. This was done using The Gimp. There were some paths used to create the initial arcs, but they were beefed up by hand (which, if you're using a laptop touch pad, is an accomplishment in and of itself). I tried to make it look like stained glass. The dropshadow with a bit of colour really helps in highlighting that I think.

I should invest in a penmouse. It would make this SO much easier. I wonder how much a good penmouse costs...
