You need to show this to Jane. I think considering we haven't done any lessons on portraits or life drawing (yet!!) that she'll be blown away. I love, love, love your suspenders in this picture. I was thrilled when you said you wanted to paint this picture because I knew the checker pattern would be fun and interesting to capture. I can't wait to see if you redo this in watercolour or any other medium!
